Every action taken in the Super Admin portal. Append-only, queryable by actor and target.

Audit logging will live here.

Hook a small audit(actor, action, target) helper into every mutation in the API routes. Persist to a Postgres table or to Kinde's own activity stream and render the result here with filter/search.

Until then, all mutations are still discoverable via the Kinde dashboard event log.
